Bowab CRM — Privacy Policy

Bowab CRM is the internal job-management system of Bowab Fortified Roofing, LLC ("Bowab", "we"). It is used only by Bowab's owners and staff to run the business. It is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up.

What we store

Customer contact details (name, phone, email, property address), details of the roofing work quoted and performed, estimates and signed contracts, jobsite photos, scheduling, invoices and job costs, and notes our team writes about a job.

How we use it

To prepare estimates, schedule crews, communicate with customers about their job, invoice for completed work, keep our accounting records, and document FORTIFIED roofing work for the evaluator and grant programs the customer is participating in.

QuickBooks Online

When our team sends an invoice, Bowab CRM connects to our own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's API to create or match the customer record and create the invoice, and later to read whether that invoice has been paid. Access is limited to Intuit's Accounting scope. We do not use the connection to read any other QuickBooks data, and QuickBooks data is not shared with anyone outside Bowab.

Sharing

We share customer information only with the services needed to do the work: our e-signature provider (to sign estimates), our email provider (to send estimates, schedules and invoices), Google Drive (where job documents are filed), CompanyCam (jobsite photos), Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing), and, for FORTIFIED or grant-funded jobs, the evaluator and program administrator. We never sell customer information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send project-related messages only: appointment and inspection reminders, schedule confirmations, job status updates, and a request for feedback when the work is done. Message frequency varies with your project; most customers receive a handful of texts over the life of a job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Security and retention

Data is stored with Supabase and Vercel in the United States, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by signed-in Bowab staff. We keep job records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and licensing obligations.
