Bowab CRM — Terms of Use

Bowab CRM is a private, internal application owned and operated by Bowab Fortified Roofing, LLC ("Bowab"). It is licensed for use only by Bowab's owners and employees, on accounts Bowab creates, for the purpose of running Bowab's roofing business. No other use is permitted.

Accounts

Users must keep their login private and use the system only for Bowab business. Bowab may suspend or remove any account at any time.

Connected services

Bowab CRM connects to third-party services on Bowab's behalf, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, CompanyCam and an e-signature provider. Use of those services through Bowab CRM is also subject to each provider's own terms. Bowab CRM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.

Customer pages

Customers may receive links to view and accept an estimate, respond to a work order, view jobsite photos, or leave a review. Those pages are provided as-is for the customer named in the link and may not be shared or reused.

Text messages

By providing your mobile number to Bowab you agree to receive text messages from Bowab Fortified Roofing about your project, such as appointment reminders, schedule confirmations, and job updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or call 251-321-9120. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other US carriers.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bowab is not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law.
